Brookside Storage is the only storage facility in the area providing a free RV/Camper dump out station to all current tenants! The dump out station is available 24/7, even through the winter. Water is located at the dump out station also for easy clean up and washing the waste tanks out.
The dump out station is also available to the general public during normal business hours for a low charge of $20. Please stop by the office for details or call us at 586.752.8965.

We are a family owned and operated self storage facility located in Ray Township, MI. We provide inside and outside storage for all of your needs as well as contractor lots for your business needs.
We offer storage for vehicles, trailers, RVs, motorhomes, boats, and just about anything else that you need to store. If you need a custom size from what is listed above, please contact us as we can arrange for custom sized units as well. We can accommodate rental units up to 53'x56' in size.

We have added quite a variety of new units and sizes. Please check out our rates and sizes above for a complete list.
Many of our new units feature insulated 12ft wide garage doors with an opening height of 8 ft 3 in. These are great for storing larger trailers, boats, jet skis etc.
We have a new self storage unit size available. The new size is 24′ x 40′ (960 square feet). This unit has four 9′ wide roll up doors on it for easy access to all of your belongings. This unit would be similar to a four car garage in size. It can easily hold four vehicles with easy access to each vehicle. It is also popular with contractors due to its large size and convenient access.
Brookside Storage has just added a new inside self storage size to our list of available units. The new size is 8.5′ x 13′. The new size also has an extra wide roll up door on it compared to the smaller units. This storage unit is also an extra 1.5′ taller than our standard units.
When you put your belongs into storage, make sure that you lock your unit with a high quality lock. By locking your storage unit with a high quality lock, you will make your storage much more secure. This will help to prevent unauthorized access to your unit. If you need help selecting a lock, please come to the office. We have high quality locks for sale and can also help you to determine if the lock you already have will keep your belongings secure.
When you are packing your belongings away, it is important to leave room for a center aisle down the middle of your storage unit. This will provide for easy access to all of your belongings. Without the center aisle, it will be difficult to reach items in the back of your unit. It will also make it difficult to move around or even search for items in your storage unit. Planning for a center aisle will make future trips to your storage unit much less stressful as you will be able to easily access all the items in your unit.
